For The Common Stupidity

If you are a firm believer than the general public's overall IQ rests slightly above retarded, then you and I have something in common. If however, you find this statement to be offensive, prejudging, or just plain wrong - then you my noble counterpart - are part of the general public.

I saw this commercial the other day on TV. Open camera on a deli, some kind of urban street deli. Nothing really interesting happens, things seem pretty calm - then all of a sudden, a car comes smashing through the front windows. It's a Carl's Jr. commercial, reminding everyone they have drive thrus, and deli's don't. All the while advertising their new Pastrami layered hamburger. Well, along the bottom during the action sequence, I'm assuming that legally Carl's Jr. is obligated to display this bit of copy - "Do not attempt"

People are so stupid, that a company actually has to make sure they are let off the hook, just in case some one decides - "Hey! I think I'll drive my car through that deli's front windows! And blame it on Carl's Jr!"
