By the way, this is due to the massive amounts of rain we have been getting down here in SoCal, not just some random accident. However, our government is not anywhere close to having this be a controllable thing. They would much rather spend billions killing innocent people for oil, than do anything for the good of our own country. But that's a whold other subject.
